Yoga

Yoga is a practice combining traditional and modern medicinal knowledge with ancient wisdom practices like Ayurveda, Naturopathy & Yogic Science to treat various physical or mental disruptions. It involves the use of yogic postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) meditation/relaxation therapy for healing and wellness purposes. It has been practiced for thousands of years as a way to promote healthy living for everyday life.

Myofascial

Myofascial Release (MFR) involves holding systemic pressure on target specific areas in order to relieve pain, improve range of motion, increase circulation, and promote healing. It is often used for chronic musculoskeletal conditions or to release scaring from major surgeries and much more. MFR targets the fascia system which is a three - dimensional matrix encasing the entire body from head to toe. This treatment is my performance of "deep tissue" work because how deeply the body can release with gentle systemic pressure on areas of the body.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian medical system that has been around since the 6th century BC and it still remains one of India's most popular forms of medicine. It uses natural herbs, minerals, oils, and other ingredients to heal various ailments like joint pain or stress-related problems through Ayurvedic LifeStyle Coaching.

Ayuverdic life style coaching is based on the principles that health begins with daily habits. It focuses on maintaining balance in mind, body and spirit by following certain rules of eating like avoidance or moderation of specific foods depending upon individual's constitutional type (prakriti). Ayurveda involves various techniques such as yoga, meditation and breathing exercises along with daily habits for maintaining good physical fitness and mental balance.

IET

Integrative energy therapy is a holistic healing method aiming to restore balance in the body, mind & spirit through 9 cellular memory points. It is believed that by working with these subtle energy centers we can help release blockages within our bodies allowing for a more balanced flow of energy throughout ourselves physically, mentally/emotionally or even spiritually. Integrative Energy Therapy is a great way to relax and unwind. It can also be used as an effective healing method for many different physical or mental/emotional conditions, such as stress relief, muscle tension release etc...

Sound Treatments

Sound therapy is the use of sound waves to heal or treat various conditions such as pain, anxiety, depression etc.. It involves listening to music that has been specifically designed for therapeutic purposes. The sounds are created using instruments like Tibetan singing bowls and crystal singing bowl which have a range from 20Hz-14Khz frequency spectrum. These sound waves can be used in combination with other therapies such as massage, meditation or yoga to enhance the healing process.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the application of using hands, forearms, or feet to apply pressure on the body's soft tissues. It eases clients who are experiencing pain or discomfort, as well as those looking for relaxation through massages that focus more heavily on muscles and joints. The benefits of massage therapy increase significantly when consistent treatments help to move lymph, plasma and blood around the body to build immunity, decreases inflammation and may help with insomnia-like patterns. Massage is known to help relax one's mind, improves flexibility, and reduces stress. We all live in a world that is very fast paced and massage reminds us to take a step back, slow down and enjoy the moment.
